FAQ for providers
What do I pay before I get hired?
Nothing. Signing up, completing your profile, browsing jobs, and sending quotes is free. When a job is completed and paid, Gygnus keeps 6% as the platform fee and estimated card processing is deducted separately from your payout.
Are there lead fees or subscriptions?
No lead charges and no mandatory subscription for providers on Gygnus. If a job does not complete, you do not owe that fee to the platform.
How do payouts work?
Jobs use secure escrow so customers pay safely and you get paid for completed work. Details are in our Terms.
Who can sign up?
Skilled professionals who can complete jobs safely and professionally. You will verify your email and phone during signup.
