Simple, transparent pricing

No surprises. Customers pay nothing to Gygnus. Providers earn on every completed job — with one fair fee only when money changes hands.

Customers — always free

  • Post jobs at no cost
  • Receive and compare quotes from verified pros
  • Hire and pay your provider — you never pay a fee to Gygnus for posting or hiring

Providers — free to start, 6% when paid

Sign up, build your profile, browse jobs, and apply — all free. When a job is completed and the customer pays through Gygnus, 6% goes to Gygnus as the platform fee, and estimated credit-card processing is deducted from your payout on that charge (tips are separate charges and also have processing). No lead fees, no pay-per-quote.

Customers still pay only the agreed price. Your net is the job payment minus Gygnus 6% minus estimated card fees.

How we compare

Same story as our About page, in one place: Gygnus only takes a percentage when a job is paid — not per lead.

Common questions

  • Do customers pay Gygnus anything?

No. Posting a job, receiving quotes, and hiring through Gygnus is free for customers. You pay only the provider you hire for the work.

  • What do providers pay before they get hired?

Nothing. Sign-up, profile, browsing jobs, and applying are free. When a job is completed and paid, Gygnus keeps 6% as the platform fee; estimated credit-card processing is deducted separately from the provider payout.

  • What does the 6% fee cover?

The 6% is the Gygnus platform fee on the job payment. Card network and processor costs are estimated and charged separately to the provider (including on tip payments).

  • Are there lead fees or subscriptions?

No lead charges and no mandatory subscription for providers or customers on Gygnus. If the job does not complete, you do not owe that 6% to the platform.
